2008 Peak Performers' Comments:"Wow! - what a week...oh that's right, it was just 2 days..." "The insights I received over the 2 days were awesome...and I just didn't get them from Lee and Bill. The other member's stories and advice were both inspirational and educational. I have been a member of some other mastermind groups. Nothing can touch this. The combination of Bill's marketing acumen, Lee's right-between-the-eyes approach to life and time, and the giving nature of the other members made for an unforgettable experience. I'm glad it is only February...more good stuff to come. One of the things I asked for from the group was to help me see what was staring me right in the face, but couldn't see myself. A number of members made comments to me during break out sessions that were helpful...ones, that will be implemented by me post haste. Thank you to everybody." David Wolfe, CPA
President - Lupine Partners http://www.lupinepartners.com/ And a few days later, we received this... Hi Lee...wanted to give you a brief update. "Since last week, my wife and I have booked a 2 week adventure to go climb Mt. Kilimanjaro and then go on a safari (this one is for my wife who has wanted to do this for awhile...) and then I have booked myself for a 2 day motorcycle racing super camp in October. Have paid for both events... Thanks for kick starting my thinking on all of this. I'll see you in Nashville in a few weeks." Best, David "Working with Bill and Lee is like getting a double whammy kick-in-the-butt. First I got many profitable ideas from Bill: I'm rewriting my website, launching a new coaching program and designing a direct mail campaign for that program solely based on his insightful marketing teachings. Then from Lee I learned to look at my past victories to gain the confidence to soldier on towards the success I want. To top it all off I gained the society of a group of highly motivated, successful entrepreneurs who made me realize I'm not crazy to dream big the way I do. I know Peak Performers is the right place for me and that I'm going to grow exponentially in 2008 because of it." "I have been in both Dan and Bill's VIP groups and while they were wonderful, I can honestly say Peak is better! When I couldn't get into bills info mastermind I must confess I was disappointed, thinking Peak was somehow second best, something I would have to "settle" for. Wow! Was I wrong! This exceeded my expectations in every way. Lee and Bill managed to facilitate the perfect blend of solid cutting Edge what's working now marketing stuff.( Love the swipe files), Q and A, networking with a terrific group of people and group support exercises, the best I have ever experienced. I am so fortunate to be part of this great group!!!!!!"

Bill and Lee, "My first Peak Performers meeting exceeded my most optimistic expectations. The networking and discussions with other business owners and entrepreneurs was a refreshing and stimulating experience. I picked up several ideas in this one meeting that will pay for my membership several times over and I am looking forward with great expectation to our next meeting." Steve Clark New School Selling, Inc. http://www.newschoolselling.com/
"This is, BY FAR, one of the best groups I've ever been a part of. Being surrounded by true peers with whom you can REALLY talk about your business, financials, and marketing struggles is priceless, especially when you're getting straight answers, resources AND camaraderie. The combination of high-content, leading-edge information (especially "What's working and continues to work") and the worksheets and exercises were really powerful. Truly PRICELESS. I attend Glazer-Kennedy events regularly and own ALL the products and books, but this was the cream of the crop in terms of personalized information. Beyond that, the networking was OUTSTANDING. Within an hour of the start of the meeting, I'd made contact with 3 people who have provided solutions to my most pressing business obstacles. Where else can that happen but in a mastermind of high-achieving go-getters from different industries and businesses?? The direct access to Bill Glazer and Lee Milteer was invaluable, as were the extended Q&A opportunities and the no-holds barred coaching. All in all, it was two full days of generous outpour of up-to-date information (and humor too!) My participation in this group will EASILY help me triple my already-successful income this year, if not more. I've already gotten my money's worth, and it's only been ONE meeting!" Fabienne Fredrickson The Client Attraction Mentor for Solo-Entrepreneurs http://www.clientattraction.com/ "I attended my first Peak Performers meeting. I was blown away by the new strategies I learned for my business and my personal life. I picked up so many new ideas that if I never attended another meeting it would have been worth the cost of admission. I met so many smart and talented entrepreneurs. Two will be helping me in aspects of my business that I didn't have a clue about. The combination of Bill Glazier and Lee Milteer creates an atmosphere of "anything's possible." Bill shows you what to do and Lee gives you the enthusiasm to do it. I urge every serious entrepreneur to get involved." Michael Gravette President of Safety Technology http://www.safetytechnology.com/ Hi, Lee & Bill, "I must say that I felt this was the BEST mastermind meeting I have ever attended - yes, ever, in my over 20 YEARS of attending so-named events. I was actually thinking about what to write you and WHY I thought this meeting, in particular, had and is having such an impact on me. You both know what you are doing. You have "the legs" of: integrity, vast knowledge, experience, passion and heart. You not only KNOW your material, you both LOVE what you are doing - Bill with your truly outrageous marketing and Lee with your inspirational mindset mastery and understanding of how to handle the day-to-day details of running a multi-million dollar business. Your love and belief in having something valuable is palpable. Bottom line: You believe in yourselves. Your self-confidence and uncontained glee give us the evidence, social proof, and experience of knowing not only that our dreams can be manifested in 3D reality, but that our dreams can be manifested with finesse, class, humor, delight and, oh, did I mention?... lots and lots and lots of money! The participants showed up 100%, rested, well-dressed, organized and ready to learn. Everyone was generous with their brilliant ideas and their positive feedback -as well as their lack of criticism or whining. Everyone seemed to ooze with vulnerability, power, honesty and ambition. I felt at home. I felt like I had finally found my family and everyone knew what I was talking about. I didn't have to make excuses for wanting to make millions or for having unstoppable ambition, courage and passion. I felt safe to be me. I suspect others felt the same. I personally invited - no, URGED - 3 of my friends to join Peak Performers and they did. And they are as blown away as I am. So not only are my favorite people in the world having this experience with me, but I have made other friendships that will last a lifetime. Bill's list of the "Top 14 Things That Are Working Right Now" was worth more than 14 bars of gold! I not only feel that I've got the most cutting edge online and offline marketing strategies in my hot little hands, but I know how, when and why to implement these brilliant measure to increase prospects and retain IDEAL customers and clients. Lee's group exercises for determining our top priorities, applying the 80/20 rule and setting goals in every area of my life have not only raised the bar for me personally, but come our next meeting in June, I have no doubt everyone is going to show up happier, thinner and richer! (And I realized that my primary keys to success are spending time by myself, in meditation with the divine, and being with my husband! In fact, the MORE I do those things, the BETTER and more ELEGANT my business decisions!) You showed us how to find our "core story" or message for our business. Before I arrived, I was struggling with what to put on my new squeeze page and how to refashion some of my marketing materials. I now know what I'm saying to my audience and why I'm saying it, so that my business vision aligns with my message and my marketing.
Your team, including the incredible Sherrie Russell, made the event go off without a hitch. Smooth as silk. What you both did was perfection... everyone's answer was right there in that room. Bravo to you both and to Dan for his input and brain power! I feel blessed!" love & appreciation, Beth Davis The Hand Analyst, Inc. "In the first meeting of this year we got more than enough good ideas to pay for the entire year of membership. It was as if every single word that was said was exactly what we needed to hear - Peak Performers is the right place and the right time. Thanks so much for facilitating this group for us. I've never been a part of a group of people that genuinely cares about the success of the others in the group like this group does. It's like family - only better." Diane Conklin and Gail Saseen Complete Marketing Systems http://www.completemarketingsystems.com/
"Thank you for everything you did for me over my first two day Peak Performers meeting. Before I entered this program, my sales story was very weak and I didn't know how to improve it. Bill Glazer's personal narrative exercise was huge for me. I'm sure this will multiply my sales on stage, on teleseminars, and in print. This one thing I learned already is worth the entire investment in this program. Anyone that wants to be a successful information marketer should be in this program. Lee's information on peak performance is not only helping me be more productive in my business it's also helping me help my girlfriend with her difficult situation. Thank you so much."
D.C. Fawcett http://www.dcfawcett.com/
Hi Lee, "I want to let you know how grateful I am for the way you and Bill organized our peak experience at Peak Performers. As I wrote you earlier, the pre-contacts were an early notice that this wasn't going to be a normal mastermind meeting. I've been in the best -- four years with Dan during which I took my manufacturing firm to number one in the biotechnology industry. Then I got fired ("retired" in CEO speak), and spent two years in Bill's VIP group as I wallowed around figuring out my new info biz, and then at Bill's suggestion last year, moved to this group to launch my business. What an incubator! The room is filled with wonderful up-reaching people in all stages of explosive growth in their businesses. I like the seating at round tables -- and the nice balance of giving us new information and engaging us in challenging exercises. it felt VERY encouraging to be in this group. As a very experienced entrepreneur I still have opening night jitters launching a new information business based on my background (40+ jobs) and abilities (triple engineer, CEO, high-level Coach). And I think that this new model of group coaching, Peak Performers, is the perfect place for my rebirth. Thank you so much for doing this. We're gonna have a great year!" Tom Hoobyar StreetSmart CEO http://www.streetsmartceo.com/
"When I came to the first Peak Performers meeting in 2007, I had been struggling with a price-increase letter that I desperately needed to send out to our customers. Every draft seemed to lack any kind of spark. Dr. Greg Nielsen was giving a presentation that day about the outrageous marketing he uses for his chiropractic customers when in a flash, the inspiration for the letter came to me. At lunch I spoke to Dr. Nielsen about the idea. He gave me some tips and reassured me that he had himself used a similar idea to raise prices year after. I finished writing the letter during the break and mailed it within days. That letter grossed $49,000 in additional sales that month that we would not have made otherwise, and certainly paid for my Peak Performers membership for the first few years. Had I not actually been at the meeting, engaged and open to new ideas, I doubt I would have had that flash of inspiration and I definitely would not have had the priceless bit of encouragement from the good doctor. Each meeting of the group seems to get more valuable as I move along:
In 2007 our company had a 25% increase in sales with 20% fewer employees, thanks to Peak Performers discussions about systems, automating processes and time management. We sell our products without ever having to set foot in the customers shop (something many in our industry said couldn't be done) thanks to video, sales letters and testimonials-all refined, tested and improved after studying how others in the group do the same. What's even more exciting is being able to share these successes with others who are looking for ideas. In 2007 I started working out with a personal trainer 3 times a week and I found that I loved it. Previous to Peak Performers, I wouldn't have had "time" for that or it wouldn't have seemed so important. Taking time for myself has made me more productive, thanks to Lee Milteer's encouragement at the meetings. By our next meeting I will have run a teleseminar for the first time, thanks to the personal accountability I get by sharing ideas at the meeting. And there's more with each meeting. You can read all the books you want, watch videos and buy courses to improve your business and your life, but it is priceless to share face to face with a fellow entrepreneur. This last meeting I listened to a fellow entrepreneur describe the frustrations he overcame (it sounded like he was reading the script from my daily life) to begin running multiple businesses. In one sentence he framed my problem in a new perspective and showed me which way to turn to relieve this frustration-it should be the kick I need to get an info marketing business off the ground. Stay tuned..." Andre Palko President Technifold USA The energy and expertise and chemistry at this Peak Performers meeting was especially impressive! The unassuming brilliance in that room - wow! This was our 3rd Peak Performers group meeting and, hands down, the best. We went with specific goals which we successfully accomplished, and then some! The willingness of others to share their expertise and insights is much appreciated and valued. Thanks to Lee, Bill, Robert, Michael, and the group, we are crystal-clear on completing and launching our insomnia project and related products. The round table exercises on narratives and bucket lists were excellent: thought-provoking, valuable to implement - and great feedback from the table. Having done the 80/20 exercise last year, it was especially beneficial to do it again. We've put it on our quarterly finger-on-the-pulse list. And a special thanks for the "homework" projects, Lee! "This is my second year in Peak Performers. Since joining Peak Performers, I have had incredible results in my company Life Strategies Coaching, which includes selling over 1.5 million in coaching agreements, and growing my coaching program with the ideas I learned in Peak Performers. Because of what I learned, I put testimonials on youtube, and got even more clients as a direct result of being told to do so in Peak Performers! I have met with and networked with some of the who's who in the industy. For example, I met Imal Wagner, who has been the Publicist for such names as Mark Victor Hansen and Robert Alan. Her and I have discussed several ways to grow our business as a result of our meeting through Peak Performers. I often say she has the communication lines of the world on her cell phone, and they take her calls! This is just one example of the caliber and quality of members you may have an opportunity to work with in Peak Performers. Bill Glazer and Lee Milteer are outstanding coaches. For anyone familiar with what Bill has done with Glazer Kennedy, its obvious he is a master business person and his company lives and breaths what he teaches. The tremendous growth of Glazer Kennedy is demonstrative of his ability to show others how to build a business.
Lee Milteer has a long list of credentials and has worked with several of the top fortune 500 companies. Her focus on fundamentals to jump start your production, your business, and yes even your life is invaluable. She has provide me insight which led to major changes in my staffing and business in a positive direction. Lastly, there is a certain synergy and energy you rarely find in Peak Performers. Its not really explainable, you have to feel it for yourself. But I will say that people notice it. Workers at the hotel say " who are you guys" and "what are you guys doing". Others can tell something is different here, it creates interest in others, and people "want to know". You will know, within the first hour of the first day, when each person stands up and talks about who they are and what they do. Sitting in a room of entrepeneurs, business people, marketers, strategists, and others who are not only successful in their business, but successful in life will invigorate your spirit. You will experience an enthusiam like no other, and leave with know how of what is actually working right now in business and marketing. This know how will potentially fill your bank account will thousands. It sure did mine!" Paul Maguire Life Strategies Coaching Las Vegas, NV "This is by far the best group I have ever been part of in terms of marketing savvy, cutting edge ideas, and personal time organization. But beyond the teachings that originally drew me to the group, I think the most incredible benefit to being in the group has become the networking. Every meeting the strength of the participants and what they bring to the meetings in terms of entrepreneurial success, marketing prowess, and business ideas helps everyone grow. I can't say enough about the transformations I am making for my business and my personal psyche due to Glazer Kennedy Milteer's Peak Performers Mastermind Group." Great Meeting. Everything I expected. Thank you!
Tom Trevillian President/Ceo McClung Companies www.mcclungco.com
Just a few quick words about our first year in Peak Performers...and the outstanding first meeting of 2008. Here are just a few of the highlights: - After much encouragement from Lee and other Peak Performers members, we finally decided to get an office outside our home for the first time in 14 years. It's working out great, and the boundaries between work and home have gotten much clearer. Plus, focus and productivity have increased significantly.
- Two ideas from Bill during the special "Peak Performers Plus" info-marketing session helped solve a pricing/promotion issue we had been struggling with on a new project.
- We've formed strategic alliances with some Peak Performers members, and have added several members to our "personal board of directors" - people with specific expertise we can call on when we have questions, and vice versa, of course.
- The forced time away from our "natural habitat" gave us the opportunity to find an amazing theme for a project we had been working on. I can point to the exact table in the Embassy Suites in the atrium garden where this idea came to us - an idea that will be worth a good six figures to us in 2008.
- Finally, there's the mindset part of the whole equation. In the speaking part of our business, we're now routinely making 3, 4, even 5 times the speaking fee in back-of-room sales, including record months in October, November, December, and January. Speaking fees now account for less than 23% of our gross revenues, with the other 77%+ coming from product sales and ongoing continuity income. A large part of this success is attributable to the "soft" skills we're addressing during each meeting.
2008 is already shaping up to be another great year for our business, and if the February meeting was any indication, it's going to be a great year in Peak Performers as well! Ron Rosenberg The Marketing Magic Man http://www.qualitytalk.com/
"I think this was the best Peak Performers meeting I have attended. It seemed much more focused and on target and I have to compliment both you and Bill for leading such a strong session." Dr. Gayle Carson CSP CMC Carson Research Center

2007 Peak Performers' Comments:
Here's only two of the benefits that I get out of Peak Performers. 1) The opportunity to deal with like minded individuals in a highly interactive manner is a rarity in this world. Sharpening our saw is critical, and when you're at the "top of the mountain" the opportunities to do so is rare. This is a "peak" performers group, not a bunch of wanna be's. The elbow rubbing is top notch. 2) Teaching a highly driven person about maximizing their time and efforts in a way that can actually be implemented, is a tough job to do. Kudos to YOU to getting through to me. I shocked my staff when I came home from the first meeting and implemented me not being in the office or available at all the first half of every Wednesday. That's my "sharpening the saw" time. Also, I realized that while I was great at training my clients how and when to communicate me, I was letting my employees rob me of precious time as well. Now I'm functioning much better, and.. so are they! -Kellene Bishop, Commercial Real Estate Coach
Dear Lee and Bill: Wow---great news and Thank You for being such an influence for my success. I delivered my first real workshop/platform selling opportunity in San Diego on Friday. 20 out of 25 people purchased the product I am offering (which by the way came as a result from our June Peak Performers meeting!!!!). While there, one of the attendees, who runs a large national marketing event, asked me to speak in January at the event!!! And on top of that, I found out last week that I am one of three GKIC IBA's who will be having a personal lunch with Dan in September. Things here are going really well and looking very, very positive. AGAIN Thank you for being such an influence! Mike Capuzzi, Persistent Marketing, Inc. Downingtown, PA
I want to thank both Bill and Lee for an incredible Mastermind experience. Not only did I learn immensely from the prepared materials, but I also benefitted enormously from the networking from fellow Peak Performers. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and my first act when I returned to Omaha was to book my flight for the September meeting. My one challenge in trying to implement the ideas I gathered at this meeting is prioritizing my actions because there is so much I want to do. Based on input I received from Bill in just the one week I have been back, I have changed the way I was doing my newsletter. I ahve had meetings with two individuals to start the process of a joint venture. I put together my first multi-step marketing campaign in a specific application. It will begin tomorrow. Based on the info I received from Lee, I am working diligently on more structure for time allocation both personally and within the office. I have shared some of those tips in my office meeting. I also am beginning to price out my time in increments of how much per hour my time is worth. I need to know who I should bill this 15 minutes to...just kidding. Based on people I met, I have generated a number of ideas. I am most excited of meeting a couple of individuals who I may meet again as I travel around the country. Mike Root, Furniture Sales of Mid-AmericaOmaha, NE
Lee: Peak Performers has meant so much to me that it's hard to narrow it down...let me try. We read lots of stuff from Dan Kennedy, Bill Glazer and you about how folks have become millionaires by learning terriffic marketing techniques and, more importantly, getting their 'heads on straight.' Lots of us still say, I don't know if I could do that. What Peak Performers has done is to not only hear what's going on from the front of the room with the terriffic information that you and Bill have but, more importantly, to meet and learn from "ordinary folks" who have done extraordinary things with their lives/businesses, using these techniques and mindset principles. What I have found is that "they are just like me" and the only difference between where they are and where I am is, indeed, mindset. Seeing and hearing this over and over from people who have actually done it, and being in a position, often late into the night, to ask them not only what they did but why they thought of doing something 'this way' has been tremendous. You can only get so much 'book learning' from all of the stuff the GKIC team writes about and publishes. There is not match for being 'live' with this group and being able to mastermind with them. I have not met another group so willing to freely share information, insight, successes and failures...what works and what doesn't work... I hope you keep this group going! Ben Glass, Great Legal Marketing, LLCFairfax, VA
Geez, where do I start? The relationships forged during our first Peak Performers Meeting have been invaluable in the form of new revenue, business development, creative financing ideas for deals, and more. I even met someone in our group with vast results-based PR experience...who we engaged and has now lined up national PR in print, web, and radio for our business - all within 1 week! Every other day or so, I reference my 17 pages of handwritten notes from our 2-day meeting...and continue to draw great business-building ideas from them. I've increased the effectiveness of my live teleseminars and webinars due to what I learned from my Peak Performer peers. Business stuff aside, and most importantly, it has helped me in my life. I have been able to ditch some mind blocks and baggage that were limiting my personal growth. I finally documented all my goals (personal, spiritual, financial, physical, family, etc.), recorded them to a CD, and I listen to it regularly to make sure I'm thinking 'the right way.' Between Lee and Bill, it was a non-stop cruise ship buffet of concepts & ideas that anyone can swipe, implement, and profit from. I can't wait until our next Peak Performers meeting! Dave Lee, Infusion SoftwareGilbert, AZ
The networking at our first Peak Performers meeting was incredible due to the high caliber of people in attendance. As a dirct result of people I met at this first meeting, I sold 47 of my TV show programs and created 3 joint ventures. And that's just from the first meeting. I'm excited to see how many more JV's I can create during the rest of the year. Bill and Lee did a great job of organizing the meetings in such a way that stimulates great networking and JV's. Joining Peak Performers has been one of the smartest business decisions I've ever made. Dr. Jeff Hockings, C.E.O. PRTVBermuda Dunes, CA
This is our testimonial about the fast results we have gotten from the first Gold Peak Performers Coaching. During the Gole Peak Performers session, Timothy Seward and I presented a success story on a joint-venture tele-seminar. The initial launch of this teleseminar call brought in $51,744. The conversion rate was about 10%. We were thrilled that the very first call outperformed our past efforts. After we presented the success story, Bill Glazer and the audience there at the Peak Performers Meeting made some fantastic suggestions. So far we have used these suggestions to radically re-work the training course being offered and improve customer satisfaction rate and reduce the refund rate. We couldn't be happier! Thanks to everybody at the Peak Performers Meeting! Meredith Smith, Conversation SpecialistRaleigh, NC
Lee, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for helping open my eyes to something I never considered before. During our February Peak Performer's meeting, I received two very powerful concepts from your talk. Two seemingly simple ideas that I know are going to have a HUGE payback in the future. The first idea was having "true integrity with self." When you described this, I felt like you were talking right at me. When you described the importance of having integrity with yourself, it became instantly clear to me what I needed to change. That "simple" little idea had a profound effect on me. I scheduled my first ever "Idea Day" on the day before my 41st birthday, sort of as a present to myself. I am happy to say that this past Friday, I sequestered myself away for the day. I turned off the laptop and cell phone and spent the day reading and watching a few business-related DVDs that had piled up on my desk. TALK ABOUT A POWERFUL DAY! It was such a treat to know that I could spend the day just thinking about brainstorming, without the pressures of knowing I should be doing something else. Just the fact that I scheduled the day and followed through is a big accomplishment. I took pages of notes and came away with several important ideas and strategies that I am going to accomplish in the short-term future. Scheduling a monthly Idea Day is going to be a part of my normal routine from here on out. As a matter of fact, I have already written an article about it to include in my next GKIC Chapter Newsletter. Thanks for opening my eyes (and brain) to this powerful, business-building exercise! Mike Capuzzi, Persistent Marketing, Inc.Downingtown, PA
We did our first Big Idea Day yesterday, and WOW, what an amazing exercise. I took 3 pages of Big Idea notes just from catching up on newsletters and stuff I hadn't gotten around to reading. It's amazing when you're focused and thinking specifically about how those things might apply to your business how they really pop out. We can't wait to implement the ideas we came up with. Thanks a lot! As far as I'm concerned, Peak Performers has already paid for itself. Thanks for everything you do. We really appreciate it! Diane Conklin, NetMark International, Inc. Merritt Island, FL
Before the Peak Performers Meeting in February, I was overwhelmed and experiencing stress-related health problems. By the end of the first day, after hearing from Lee, taking copious notes, and shifting my mental focus, I started to feel instantly better. Part of it, of course, was the exhilaration of being surrounded by so many outstanding entrepreneurs. But what made the biggest difference was that Lee revealed to me just how powerful my mind is. She showed me that how I used my mind was the key to how my body felt. I discovered that I was not a victim of my symptoms, and that I could choose a different way to respond to stress. I'm already reaping the benefits of increased productivity, while having more fun in all parts of my life. Thanks, Lee! Matt Clark, Success DynamicsBaltimore, MD
I am a Peak Performer who was MIA from our first meeting. Yesterday I was able to finish the CDs from the first day. It was awesome! I am so glad that you preserved them for those of us who couldn't make it. I have heard the saying, "when the student is ready, the teacher will come." I appreciate your wisdom and got a great deal out of your presentation and discussions with people. I really took to heart what you said about how you position yourself with people when you meet them. I caught myself the day after listening to that CD introducing myself in a meeting and saying I had all the scars to show from having been an entrepreneur for 14 years. I shocked myself. I am sure I have said it before and not realized the message I was sending. I won't be saying it in the future. Suzanne Travers, President and C.E.O., The Grapevine Group, Inc.Roswell, GA
Thanks for taking the time to write the report on and sending it. I really liked the list of "unproductive behaviors." Your report is a good kick in the pants for getting rid of these behaviors. On another note, I want to thank you for the great presentation you gave at the first Gold Plus Peak Performers coaching group in February. I took many, many notes and typed those up when I returned home so I can refer to them often. You gave us lots of great ideas. Also, thank you for giving strong encouragement to write down our goals for 2007. I did write down my goals and it is amazing how things are starting to happen. In early February 2007, I wrote a "Kennedy style" marketing letter to a group of 90 business owners that may want to sell their business. Now, while I did not receive any prospective new clients from this mailing, I am receiving an unintended benefit. That is, I have been getting calls from residential real estate agents (whom I don't know) that are referring business transactions to me. Somehow, Lee (and I know this won't be a surprise to you), the "universe" sent out the message and people are responding just as if they had received this letter directly. I find this utterly amazing! And it confirms that, once again, everything is connected. And, the crème de la creme is that since January 1, 2007, I have made more in revenues (and profits) than I did all year in 2006! The reason for that is because I am positioning myself for success mentally and physically. Thank you, Lee, for telling your story at the Peak Performers' meeting. Also, thanks for putting together some really insightful and thought-provoking reports. I look forward to the next meeting in June. Sheila Spangler, Capital StrategiesBoise, ID
The contacts alone are worth the coaching program, and being around those who are motivated to achieve is inspiring and fun. It is also profitable. Dan Kennedy often talks about the value of information, and in my case, two examples of life lessons that Lee shared with me definitely made a difference in my life far and above the cost of the program. Paul Maguire, San Ramon, CA
I wanted to take a few minutes and share with you some of the killer results I have already had from being a part of the new Peak Performers program. To begin, it has proven to be different than any of the many coaching programs I have been a part of in the past. The combination of Marketing and Peak Performance has had a huge impact on my business. Lee, your insights and direction on the mindeset and activities of a millionaire are awesome. For example, by forcing myself to carve out one day a month to get away from everything and focus on catching up on learning material that I have been putting off has paid off big. I recently spent that scheduled day listening to and digesting the "Champion of Info-Summit" CD collection. And as a result identified and implemented 2 ideas that have added significantly to my net bottom line. Lee, overall it is hard to review everything you bring to this coaching program but it is safe to say all the little things you teach add up to a top of the mind consciousness that has truly allowed me to operate a heck of a lot closer to my peak level. THank you for that. Overall, I am so excited I joined the program. WHat is most amazing is that we are only 25% through the entire program. I can't wait to see you both and the rest of the members at our next mastermind meeting! Matt Shreves, Income for LifeSt. Louis, Missouri
At the last meeting I mentioned, on a bit of a whim and completely unrelated (or so I thought) to business that I would love to pursue the Olympic dream in rowing. My challenge was feeling worthy and capable of achieving such a fea t. My mini-mastermind table gave me some great advice, which I promptly put into action even though I had no earthly idea how the mechanics were going to flesh out or how I would possibly begin pursuing this in any concrete way. Little did I know the universe had been preparing me all along. You see, I had put this goal on my vision board in the fall, then got inspired to create my business website around the Champion and Olympic theme in January, then just happened to blurt this dream out at the Peak Performers Meeting in February, then sent out a random e-mail to "the Universe" asking if anyone was looking for a training partner in my area (not even mentioning the Olympics specifically or anything close to it), then got a phone call from my new doubles partner (who received my e-mail from a mutual acquaintance) and was fed up with the National team camp system and had decided to buck the system, we joined forces, and just yesterday go the great news that the Virginia Beach Rowing Club is going to donate a brand new lightweight boat to us worth $17,000! On top of which I mentioned my good news to my mastermind group and one of the women just happened to be talking with a big-wig at Sam's Club who just happened to ask her if she knew anyone he could give money to as a charitable donation. I will be talking with him about this in the next few weeks. As crazy as it sounds, the pieces are just falling into place one right after the other- all because I dared to believe I could achieve the Olympic Dream. And the best part is, I haven't "obsessed" about any of this. I haven't stressed about making it happen. I haven't worried about creating a precise map charting every single detail that needs to be taken care of or accounted for. I've just thrown one pebble after another into the pond. I put the intention out there and then did all that I could with all that I have from where I am and let the Universe take care of the "cursed hows." In it to win it. Since the February meeting, I have: a) fired a negative unproductive Vice President of Operations (2nd in command) based upon Nido Quebein and Dan Kennedy's suggestions to just go fire someone- it has really pepped up the organization and gotten rid of a nasty and pessimistic atmosphere. b) made a personal affirmation that there are other achievers out there like me who need support - that it is ok for me to need the support. c) insisted on one-line e-mails - one per subject, not long e-mails that are impossible to answer- DK's suggestion, which has saved me time d) limited meetings to a prescribed time and stuck to that time. I have also eliminated folks who love to sit and "chew the fat" Elin Mayer, Mayer MotivationsFt. Lauderdale, FL
