How to Improve the Results and Retention of your Business Coaching Program

So many times a coach/consultant can provide a client with a roadmap to success; however, the client never moves down the path. Because of fear, guilt, apprehension, concern over what others think about them, so many entrepreneurs never get the results they are capable of achieving.

This program provides that critical link between knowing and doing.

What I do as a Human Potential Coach:

The purpose for adding my coaching program to your existing coaching members is to give to your members the motivation to follow up on the techniques that you, as a coach, are offering. We have found that my coaching helps you from losing your existing members. My coaching program, as an addition to your program, now can be used to up-sell members to a higher level, can be sold as an add-on program or can be used as a bonus to sell high-ticket items. As Rory Fatt said at Dan Kennedy's seminar in Dec. 2003, MY COACHING PROGRAM -MILLIONAIRE SMARTS^TM COACHING PROGRAM has helped his group stay focused on what they should be doing to keep their businesses from running them. My coaching programs help your members reduce their stress and give them information, motivation and inspiration to enjoy their businesses and lives. These coaching programs help entrepreneurs to balance out their business and personal lives. I call you a SPONSOR to my coaching group because all of my materials, call numbers and codes go to you as the sponsor to send out to your list. I never have contracts with your people directly. So, your lists are safe. We do not try to sell your people into other programs.

CO-OP COACHING

In a nutshell: You will get a one hour call per month as a teleseminar, where all your members can call a special number with a code to hear the call. This call is available for 30 days and can be arranged to air as many times as your group may need. This call has one focus or subject for the month aimed at entrepreneurs and self-employed people.

Each month I provide four or more ARTICLES via email that support the topic of the month for you to send out to your list. These ARTICLES reinforce the ideas put forth in each monthly call. I present a topic per month for the Coaching Call such as: Goal Setting, Stress Management for Entrepreneurs, Coping with Change, How to get Free PR for your Business. I spend one hour on each topic and sometimes I interview an expert in their professional field. Each month is different and provides members with the motivation, "Right thinking", accountability, and information that take the listeners to the next level of their success.

Anyone who is from an entrepreneur-type business, self-employed, or in sales will fit into these new groups.

Good intentions and Bad follow-up are most of the entrepreneurs' problems--that's why they need us! You also need to let your group know that an individual would pay between $100.00 and $257.00 each month to be part of this program.

Your coaching Members will get a phone number and montly code to be able to access the call. Everyone pays for their own call to hear the teleconference call. I supply the link ups for the call up to 300 people per call. If you expect more than 300 we can supply more than one call date for your members.
