I'm Dwight Woods, and I teach martial arts in Miami, Florida. The name of my school is Unified Martial Art Academy. In Bruce Lee's Jai Kan Do, which is what I've spent my lifetime dedicated to, we're taught to research our own experience for the truth, absorb what is useful, reject what is useless and add what is specifically your own. So, here at Glazer Kennedy Peak Performer, I'm right at home because that's exactly what we're being taught to do. It's a diverse group of entrepreneurs. So many different businesses are represented here, but I can listen to a guy who's in the vacuum and sewing machine industry and a dentist and a chiropractor and listen to what's being used successfully in their businesses and find more than one way of applying it successfully in my martial arts business. So, Peak Performers is definitely the way to go for me, and I would highly recommend it to just about anybody who is really interested in taking their business to the next level.

We're from Complete Marketing Systems, and we're in our third year starting in January of Peak Performers group, and I can't tell you how much it's helped our business. It's given us confidence. My name is Ron Rosenberg. I'm here with my wife and business partner Lori Rosenberg. We're from Raleigh, North Carolina. We run a business called QualityTalk.com. We work with small businesses to help them think big, grow exponentially, and make more money in less time than they possibly could. We've also been Peak Performers members since the very beginning of the program, and I'll tell you, it's not so much about learning the basics of marketing because you can get that from a lot of the events and the newsletters. What Peak Performers has been about for us is turning the idiosyncrasies, the subtleties, the nuances that have enabled us to make dramatic changes in our marketing and our business. The mindset information that we're getting from Lee has transformed the way we do our business. Getting the marketing details from Bill about what's working and what's not working from a variety of sources has completely allowed us to change what we're doing in marketing, make some big changes in the implementation and marketing flow, and then having access to Dan on the calls throughout the year is just incredible for us. One of the reasons I love Peak Performers is because of the fact of networking with the people I get to meet with, and we switch tables all the time so we have a chance to work with different people. I actually got to read my sales letter that I was given to write at the last Peak Performers. Over the last year of being in Peak Performers, my life has totally been transformed as has my business. I just want to share with you my comments having been here, this is my third Peak Performer meeting. The folks we meet are really phenomenal. I have been at the place where I was a single business owner. I'm now at the place where we have 200 locations distributing our program. I've been at the place where I had a business that did $100,000 a year. We're now at the place where I have a business that does $15 million a year, and here I sit at Peak Performers. I personally invited - no, URGED - 3 of my friends to join Peak Performers and they did. And they are as blown away as I am. So not only are my favorite people in the world having this experience with me, but I have made other friendships that will last a lifetime.
Bill's list of the "Top 14 Things That Are Working Right Now" was worth more than 14 bars of gold! I not only feel that I've got the most cutting edge online and offline marketing strategies in my hot little hands, but I know how, when and why to implement these brilliant measure to increase prospects and retain IDEAL customers and clients.
Lee's group exercises for determining our top priorities, applying the 80/20 rule and setting goals in every area of my life have not only raised the bar for me personally, but come our next meeting in June, I have no doubt everyone is going to show up happier, thinner and richer! (And I realized that my primary keys to success are spending time by myself, in meditation with the divine, and being with my husband! You showed us how to find our "core story" or message for our business. Before I arrived, I was struggling with what to put on my new squeeze page and how to refashion some of my marketing materials. I now know what I'm saying to my audience and why I'm saying it, so that my business vision aligns with my message and my marketing.

As I wrote you earlier, the pre-contacts were an early notice that this wasn't going to be a normal mastermind meeting. "When I came to the first Peak Performers meeting in 2007, I had been struggling with a price-increase letter that I desperately needed to send out to our customers. Every draft seemed to lack any kind of spark.
Dr. Greg Nielsen was giving a presentation that day about the outrageous marketing he uses for his chiropractic customers when in a flash, the inspiration for the letter came to me. At lunch I spoke to Dr. Nielsen about the idea. He gave me some tips and reassured me that he had himself used a similar idea to raise prices year after.
I finished writing the letter during the break and mailed it within days. That letter grossed $49,000 in additional sales that month that we would not have made otherwise, and certainly paid for my Peak Performers membership for the first few years.
Had I not actually been at the meeting, engaged and open to new ideas, I doubt I would have had that flash of inspiration and I definitely would not have had the priceless bit of encouragement from the good doctor.
Each meeting of the group seems to get more valuable as I move along:
In 2007 our company had a 25% increase in sales with 20% fewer employees, thanks to Peak Performers discussions about systems, automating processes and time management.
We sell our products without ever having to set foot in the customers shop (something many in our industry said couldn't be done) thanks to video, sales letters and testimonials-all refined, tested and improved after studying how others in the group do the same. What's even more exciting is being able to share these successes with others who are looking for ideas.
In 2007 I started working out with a personal trainer 3 times a week and I found that I loved it. Previous to Peak Performers, I wouldn't have had "time" for that or it wouldn't have seemed so important. Taking time for myself has made me more productive, thanks to Lee Milteer's encouragement at the meetings.
By our next meeting I will have run a teleseminar for the first time, thanks to the personal accountability I get by sharing ideas at the meeting.
And there's more with each meeting. You can read all the books you want, watch videos and buy courses to improve your business and your life, but it is priceless to share face to face with a fellow entrepreneur. This last meeting I listened to a fellow entrepreneur describe the frustrations he overcame (it sounded like he was reading the script from my daily life) to begin running multiple businesses. In one sentence he framed my problem in a new perspective and showed me which way to turn to relieve this frustration-it should be the kick I need to get an info marketing business off the ground. This was our 3rd Peak Performers group meeting and, hands down, the best. We went with specific goals which we successfully accomplished, and then some! The tremendous growth of Glazer Kennedy is demonstrative of his ability to show others how to build a business.
Lee Milteer has a long list of credentials and has worked with several of the top fortune 500 companies. Her focus on fundamentals to jump start your production, your business, and yes even your life is invaluable. She has provide me insight which led to major changes in my staffing and business in a positive direction.
Lastly, there is a certain synergy and energy you rarely find in Peak Performers. Its not really explainable, you have to feel it for yourself. But I will say that people notice it. Workers at the hotel say " who are you guys" and "what are you guys doing". Others can tell something is different here, it creates interest in others, and people "want to know".
You will know, within the first hour of the first day, when each person stands up and talks about who they are and what they do. Sitting in a room of entrepeneurs, business people, marketers, strategists, and others who are not only successful in their business, but successful in life will invigorate your spirit. You will experience an enthusiam like no other, and leave with know how of what is actually working right now in business and marketing. This know how will potentially fill your bank account will thousands. It sure did mine!"

Just a few quick words about our first year in Peak Performers...and the outstanding first meeting of 2008. Here are just a few of the highlights:
• After much encouragement from Lee and other Peak Performers members, we finally decided to get an office outside our home for the first time in 14 years. It's working out great, and the boundaries between work and home have gotten much clearer. Plus, focus and productivity have increased significantly.
• Two ideas from Bill during the special "Peak Performers Plus" info-marketing session helped solve a pricing/promotion issue we had been struggling with on a new project.
• We've formed strategic alliances with some Peak Performers members, and have added several members to our "personal board of directors" - people with specific expertise we can call on when we have questions, and vice versa, of course.
• The forced time away from our "natural habitat" gave us the opportunity to find an amazing theme for a project we had been working on. I can point to the exact table in the Embassy Suites in the atrium garden where this idea came to us - an idea that will be worth a good six figures to us in 2008.
• Finally, there's the mindset part of the whole equation. In the speaking part of our business, we're now routinely making 3, 4, even 5 times the speaking fee in back-of-room sales, including record months in October, November, December, and January. Speaking fees now account for less than 23% of our gross revenues, with the other 77%+ coming from product sales and ongoing continuity income. A large part of this success is attributable to the "soft" skills we're addressing during each meeting.
2008 is already shaping up to be another great year for our business, and if the February meeting was any indication, it's going to be a great year in Peak Performers as well!

Here's only two of the benefits that I get out of Peak Performers.
1) The opportunity to deal with like minded individuals in a highly interactive manner is a rarity in this world. Sharpening our saw is critical, and when you're at the "top of the mountain" the opportunities to do so is rare. This is a "peak" performers group, not a bunch of wanna be's. The elbow rubbing is top notch.
2) Teaching a highly driven person about maximizing their time and efforts in a way that can actually be implemented, is a tough job to do. Kudos to YOU to getting through to me. I shocked my staff when I came home from the first meeting and implemented me not being in the office or available at all the first half of every Wednesday. That's my "sharpening the saw" time. Also, I realized that while I was great at training my clients how and when to communicate me, I was letting my employees rob me of precious time as well. Now I'm functioning much better, and.. so are they!

Wow---great news and Thank You for being such an influence for my success. I delivered my first real workshop/platform selling opportunity in San Diego on Friday. 20 out of 25 people purchased the product I am offering (which by the way came as a result from our June Peak Performers meeting!!!!). While there, one of the attendees, who runs a large national marketing event, asked me to speak in January at the event!!! And on top of that, I found out last week that I am one of three GKIC IBA's who will be having a personal lunch with Dan in September.
Things here are going really well and looking very, very positive. AGAIN Thank you for being such an influence!

I want to thank both Bill and Lee for an incredible Mastermind experience. Not only did I learn immensely from the prepared materials, but I also benefitted enormously from the networking from fellow Peak Performers. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and my first act when I returned to Omaha was to book my flight for the September meeting. My one challenge in trying to implement the ideas I gathered at this meeting is prioritizing my actions because there is so much I want to do.
Based on input I received from Bill in just the one week I have been back, I have changed the way I was doing my newsletter. I ahve had meetings with two individuals to start the process of a joint venture. I put together my first multi-step marketing campaign in a specific application. It will begin tomorrow.
Based on the info I received from Lee, I am working diligently on more structure for time allocation both personally and within the office. I have shared some of those tips in my office meeting. I also am beginning to price out my time in increments of how much per hour my time is worth. I need to know who I should bill this 15 minutes to...just kidding.
Based on people I met, I have generated a number of ideas. I am most excited of meeting a couple of individuals who I may meet again as I travel around the country.

Peak Performers has meant so much to me that it's hard to narrow it down...let me try.
We read lots of stuff from Dan Kennedy, Bill Glazer and you about how folks have become millionaires by learning terriffic marketing techniques and, more importantly, getting their 'heads on straight.'
Lots of us still say, I don't know if I could do that.
What Peak Performers has done is to not only hear what's going on from the front of the room with the terriffic information that you and Bill have but, more importantly, to meet and learn from "ordinary folks" who have done extraordinary things with their lives/businesses, using these techniques and mindset principles.
What I have found is that "they are just like me" and the only difference between where they are and where I am is, indeed, mindset. Seeing and hearing this over and over from people who have actually done it, and being in a position, often late into the night, to ask them not only what they did but why they thought of doing something 'this way' has been tremendous.
You can only get so much 'book learning' from all of the stuff the GKIC team writes about and publishes. There is not match for being 'live' with this group and being able to mastermind with them.
I have not met another group so willing to freely share information, insight, successes and failures...what works and what doesn't work...
I hope you keep this group going!

Geez, where do I start? The relationships forged during our first Peak Performers Meeting have been invaluable in the form of new revenue, business development, creative financing ideas for deals, and more. I even met someone in our group with vast results-based PR experience...who we engaged and has now lined up national PR in print, web, and radio for our business - all within 1 week! Every other day or so, I reference my 17 pages of handwritten notes from our 2-day meeting...and continue to draw great business-building ideas from them. I've increased the effectiveness of my live teleseminars and webinars due to what I learned from my Peak Performer peers. Business stuff aside, and most importantly, it has helped me in my life. I have been able to ditch some mind blocks and baggage that were limiting my personal growth. I finally documented all my goals (personal, spiritual, financial, physical, family, etc.), recorded them to a CD, and I listen to it regularly to make sure I'm thinking 'the right way.' Between Lee and Bill, it was a non-stop cruise ship buffet of concepts & ideas that anyone can swipe, implement, and profit from. I can't wait until our next Peak Performers meeting!
