I have been to many leadership seminars and training sessions but I feel I got more valuable and useable in the real world information from you and Roger than I have from all the other training programs I have ever been to before. In your Mastering Leadership Program, you guys were funny, insightful, and gave me great advice to realize I could be a leader that can influences people in a positive way. I loved the Catch them Doing Things Right section. The great stories you both told made me feel like I knew both of you. I really enjoyed the sections on Integrity and setting a good example. Again, this is the best frank talk about real leadership and what it means. I will always be grateful! I will be passing on these gems of truth to my students and co-workers.
