"I received your book last week. Thank you so much for sending it to me. It touched my heart. As I continued reading your book and reached page 14 and 15, I had a very unexpected emotional experience. I started crying as I read how you send out blessings to your business appointments before you meet them and how you also send out blessings as you walk through airports or malls. As I read your comment about how "your life's work is more than just showing up and doing your job" tears came streaming down my face because I realized that I have been holding myself back. I hadn't realized that in my business I am truly helping people get what they want. After reading this passage in your book, I realized on an emotional level that the clients I work with are not just looking to sell their businesses. They are seeking to rid themselves of pain (of running the business) and want to pursue a dream of a better future. I had "known" this logically but I hadn't taken it to an emotional level until reading that in your book. I listened to your Millionaire Mindset call on Overcoming Unproductive Behaviors, yesterday. As you may remember, my wife, Marcia Rementer, DMD, is a member of Bob Willis's Coaching Program. I found your comments on client/coach relationships fascinating. Most individuals, without a coach/mentor, would find it hard to believe that a client would not use the advice their paid coach provides. However, I must say, from experience, that putting advice into practice is not always so easy. You must get out of denial/insanity, be willing to try new ideas and, most importantly, you must know what you want. Then, you must set aside the time to implement new ideas. That is hard work . And, in my wife's case, it was hard work that paid off handsomely. You made a good point when you said that everybody has problems. Everybody has challenges. Let me share with you some of our challenges. We started with Bob Willis in April 2001. By August 2002, my wife had the practice she desired. Then, she fractured her femur, (had hip replacement surgery a year later) and a hysterectomy. Also, her number one assistant was out 4 months with a difficult pregnancy and her #1 hygienist has a similarly trying pregnancy. The remaining staff, and many patients, wondered what the heck was going on. Throughout the entire ordeal, we continued to apply the Coaching Program principles. We popped through the other side healthy (both physically and financially). My wife's practice had gross revenues in excess of $1M in '03 and '04 and we more than halfway to that number this year, as well. Bottom line. You gotta have a coach! You are also correct when you say, “we find unproductive behaviors to do, first.” Guilty, as charged. I'm starting a log. You can't improve what you don't track. Finally, your point on finding someone to hold you accountable is superb. I've decided to tell my most goal-oriented friend about two projects that I want to complete this summer. I could go on. But, before I close, I want to say a word about last month's interview of Victor Hansen. WOW! Denis Raczkowski Durham, NC

Dear Lee, We moved recently and I came across an audio cassette program entitled "Success Self-Programming" of which you were the author. I used these tapes many years ago to program myself to become confident that I could pass the CPA exam, and I was successful. That was back in 1986. Obviously I have felt the need to hang on to these tapes "just in case" I feel the need to fall back on them once again. But I've never forgotten the principles you taught. The techniques have helped me in all aspects of my life. And I must say I have a pretty good life now. I thought I would check the internet to see if you were still in the business doing what you so successfully did for me, and I am happy to see you are thriving.
